Company history

In 1980 Pavel Nekvasil has sewn the first home made seat cushion set for his fresh reconstructed Jeep Willys MB. Its manufacturing in the communistic Czechoslovakia implied a very intensive quest for the rest of WWII originals and for the way of their fabrication. Thanks to the interest of WWII vehicles fans more replicas has been made and since 1990 the AUTOPLACHTY NEKVASIL firm is engaged in producing them at a professional level.

In spring 2004, when a workshop specialized on order production for specific vehicles was started, Marek, Pavel’s younger son, has joined the firm and became a specialist in that field later. Because of the increasing ammount of orders Pavel’s elder son Jan has completed the existing family team in the beginning of 2017.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING

On the territory of Czech Republic and Slovak Republic we are shipping by the cash-on-delivery way. Shipping and handling costs for a standard consignment are 300 CZK for Czech Republic, 600 CZK to Slovakia; in case of exceptional weight the price may increase.

Abroad (except of Slovakia) we are shipping after receiving the payment via bank transfer on our CZK bank account. Shipping and handling costs for a standard consignment are 1.500 CZK over Europe, 2.000 CZK overseas; in case of exceptional weight the price may increase. The total price depends on the customer’s bank exchange rate and transfer charges in the time of payment.

If the customer arranges the carrier of his own, who will pick up the consignment at our workshop, we charge 100 CZK for packaging costs.

Please keep in mind that the sum in CZK on the obtained invoice is the target sum we expect to appear on our CZK account; all bank transfer charges on the customers side needs to be paid by the customer.
